Adult Member

I, the undersigned, agree to serve as an adult member of CF Adventist Fishing Club and participate in programs, events, and activities, including mentorship, outdoor adventures, workshops, and community gatherings. I acknowledge that I have read and understand all terms, rules, and guidelines established by the organization, and I agree to uphold them in my role. I consent to the use of photographs or videos taken during events for promotional and educational purposes. I understand that the organization will take reasonable precautions to ensure safety, and I release CF Adventist Fishing Club, its staff, and volunteers from any liability arising from my participation or actions while serving as an adult member.
