Founder’s Circle
Central Florida Advent Fishing Club was founded by four lifelong Adventists Christians who share a passion for mentoring youth, serving communities, and fishing for a greater purpose.
Sir Henry Pearson (Founder Emeritus) — A devoted servant, military veteran, and trusted spiritual mentor, Sir Henry Pearson served honorably in the Vietnam War as a Combat Medical Specialist, where safeguarding life under extreme conditions was his daily mission. His background instilled a deep commitment to safety, preparedness, discipline, and compassion. He brought those same principles into mentorship—ensuring that every environment under his care prioritizes protection, accountability, and faith-centered leadership.
Neal Lovell — Founder of Luv Care, a FARR accredited recovery organization, Neal Lovell brings over 30 years of real estate and business leadership experience, paired with a genuine passion for youth development and service. Originally from New York, Neal is committed to creating secure, structured, and well-managed programs that foster growth and responsibility. His faith-driven approach emphasizes stewardship, integrity, and leadership—helping young people understand how discipline and purpose can shape a stable and successful future.
Pastor Anthony Lewis —With over 50 years of ministry, Pastor Anthony Lewis serves as the Pastor of Ray of Light Advent Ministry and is a living testimony of redemption, restoration, and God’s transforming power. His ministry reaches across Africa and the Caribbean, offering spiritual guidance, hope, and structure to communities worldwide. Pastor Lewis provides strong spiritual covering, ensuring that faith, moral grounding, and emotional safety remain central to every initiative. His leadership helps youth anchor their identity in Christ while navigating life with wisdom and confidence.
Elder Howard Franklin — Chief Warrant Officer Retired and Vietnam veteran, Elder Howard Franklin embodies discipline, service, and unwavering faith. His experience in military leadership brings a structured, safety-first mindset to mentoring youth, reinforcing the importance of accountability, respect, and perseverance. Guided by strong Christian values, Elder Franklin encourages young people to pursue purpose with courage while remaining grounded in faith, integrity, and compassion for others.
